Well hello there, this is my first post on this blog thing. I am quite old fashioned so it has taken me a while to get round to doing this. I have just read a fabulous book called The Amazing Adventures of Dietgirl by Shauna Reid, which has inspired me to keep a blog whilst I try to get fit and fab.

I joined Weight Watchers in May 2007 and have since lost 2 stone 3lbs and two dress sizes, I'm quite sure I could have lost more if I hadn't had a few "blips" along the way, but hey that's life isn't it? Nothing ever runs smoothly! I am totally on track today, but that could all change tomorrow, these things need to be done step by step I feel.

I think that may be enough for first venture into blogdom, I will try to blog regularly but I am pretty inconsistent so don't expect too much.
