  • Sorry fellow bloggers!

    I'm not very good at this am I? The problem is I've stumbled over Facebook and have become almost obsessed with it, much to my chap's disgust! But I must get my blogging arse back into gear! And I must get back on track with this weight loss thing. I don't think I've put any on (although I haven't been brave enough to venture on to the scales for the last couple of weeks, but I just seem to have lost my motivation to exercise and watch what I eat! I've decided I'm gonna go for a brisk 30 min walk at lunch time and hopefully that'll help! Anyway, must get on with work!

    Well hello there, this is my first post on this blog thing. I am quite old fashioned so it has taken me a while to get round to doing this. I have just read a fabulous book called The Amazing Adventures of Dietgirl by Shauna Reid, which has inspired me to keep a blog whilst I try to get fit and fab.

    I joined Weight Watchers in May 2007 and have since lost 2 stone 3lbs and two dress sizes, I'm quite sure I could have lost more if I hadn't had a few "blips" along the way, but hey that's life isn't it? Nothing ever runs smoothly! I am totally on track today, but that could all change tomorrow, these things need to be done step by step I feel.

    I think that may be enough for first venture into blogdom, I will try to blog regularly but I am pretty inconsistent so don't expect too much.
